If you already know about this, please disregard.
Last night while playing I had one of though accidental mouse clicks that showed me something I didn’t know. As you all have seen there are two text boxes, general & combat log. But what you may not know is that the “combat log text box” can be repositioned any where on your screen by clicking a dragging the tab of the text box. Make note that the general text box I could not reposition.
But anyway…a bit of extra knowledge for you…something else that sets WoW apart from every other MMO out there.

Nifty little tip.
It moved to the bottom fast, so.....gettabump
Also dont forget to unclick the "simple chat" button from main window if you have it clicked or you wont be able to move the windows again so if you cant get em to move and change fonts and such then just make sure the button isnt checked and try again.
I wish it could be customized a bit more like EQ2. It is nice though :)

Sorry, but I haven't stumbled across anything like that....yet.
Yes - you can change the background of the text box and the font/color ... right click on the word "Genera;"
