PvP server vs PvE serverFollow

#1 Nov 30 2004 at 5:35 PM Rating: Decent
I played on Shattered hand (PvP) as my first server outside of beta and the trash talking was constant. There were so many immature are rude people it was crazy. Anyway my friend got WoW the and wanted to play on a normal server so I joined him on Dalonar. The differnce is amazing. The people are a lot nicer and more mature. The general chat isn't constantly spammed. It's crazy how PvP servers just draw the immature people to them who want to show off how great they are. I'm glad I'm playing on normal now.

Yeah you can leave general chat, but the people are still there and it's harder to find someone to group with that actually cares about someone other then themselves and how great they are.

Yes, a good guild can solve a lot of problems. I was tempted occasionally to get out of general...but among the garbage was good info and I wanted to participate in the game socially as well. I found a good guild that is active and has some great conversations...I was fianlly able to leave general behind and maintain a very high level of worthwhile and rewarding socialization.
