I've found the quests involving the requirement to kill mobs the best
You get the xp/drops from the mobs, then close the quest out for a decent xp bonus.
I accept just about every Quest, as you'll find sometimes you almost accidentally run across the goal... I had accepted the Dun Morough "elite" mob quest (forgot his name, started with a "V"), and the next day, as I was tracking down a copper vein, came across this bug ugly Sasquatch-looking thing right next to my copper! Obviously, I had to kill it to mine in peace, and after collecting my loot (which was a silly fang)... surprise! I finished a Quest. Nice xp too, if I recall.
If you happen to not complete a particular quest and end up leveling above it's useful range, just abandon it... Always have plenty to do...
I have never camped for xp... Drops, maybe, but not for xp, that just comes naturally.
