How to get WC.Follow

I got it with my tauren but I do not remember how to get it with my rogue!! Can anyone help me? I thought it was elder ri se but no one gives me that quest. I did the delivery quest and gave the spores to Zamah.

OK, but is WC a specific quest. I am currently holding about 4 WC quests in my quest log. Which one are you referring to?
