Quick Question.Follow

I haven't seen any threads on this, but that doesn't mean they aren't there. Just a quick, maybe dumb question, I see on a lot of the videos posted in the library, some of which are beta (which may make a difference) but anyway, people have multiple spell icons.

Normally you have your bottom bar that you slot your spells and abilities or food in. But some have 1 or 2 bars on the left or right side scrolling vertically. Is there a way to do that?
Or was it something in beta that was taken out?
