Something wierd happened to me o.oFollow

I play a Warlock on a normal PVE server (Horde, Lothar).

So I'm standing in Ogrimar by one of thse blazing fires just talkting to a friend. All of a sudden I hear some fighting, I pan my camera and notice a NPC is fighting behind me. "Cool" I think, "A duel perhaps? An invasion??"....

Then I notice a voidwalker fighting him. Then I notice it's MY voidwalker fighting him! O.O After standing there stunned, I threw a few spells and finished him. I'm not on a pvp server. My voidwalker was set to defensive so he shoudn't have attacked anythign without me getting attacked first.


I have no idea what happened, lol. Did I get attacked while talking to a friend and not know it? Did my voidwalker just go completely psycho and attack a NPC? Why this NPC anyway, it was a Tauren and I'm Horde??


Does anyone have any idea at all? I feel noobish for asking, but I really don;t know what happened there, lol.

Pet glitch more then likely.

Was it at the Inn? There is a passive tauren there. I clicked on him once and had to kill him. I think it is a part of a quest seeing as he respawns and whatnot.
