Are the best items in the games ones you find off monsters or ones you aquire questing? Are there any quest items that are tradeable or are all quest items bonded? Thanks

Most of the good items i've noticed came from instances like deadmines, and named monster drops. I can't speak for legendary or relic items though...

Typically the best items are instance drops (i.e. deadmines) from named monsters, however the epic items (purple) are random drops throughout the world, but they are pretty rare.
