You may wish to add a note under remorseless attacks that the effect only lasts 15 secs.The talent dosen't tell you that and I guess WoW reader dosen't see it as a result.I'm not sure if it lasts longer with more points invested.So I guess I'm picking another class or starting this one over...or just go do something a lil less frustrating.Tried to unlearn it(second talent point spent)but since it's a gold to do...
