How good will a Human Rouge fare in PvM and PvP?

Human gets the 5% Spirit bonus... does this extra regeneration apply to Rouge's.. er.. that special bar?

Well..

For Rogue, there is the yellow bar for you to use moves right. Does Spirit affect the regen rate?
Otherwise I would say a Nightelf would be more suited to a Rouge than a Human

And which part do you live in? I live across Hillcrest mall ^^

Oh...hmm...I still don't know what you mean, but I haven't played a Rogue yet. Perhaps someone who has will know what that bar is.

I'm near the mall. South of it actually. But I go to the gym in the mall all the time.

ยท What makes the rogue different from other classes?

The rogue in WoW appears to be what most people think of when they think of a thief. The rogue will have thieving skills, such as picking pockets, stealth and sapping (the art of hitting someone unconscious). Also, the rogue is the only class with the poisoning skill, used to subdue their opponents.

Rogue's have an Energy pool, which they use to perform their special attacks. It acts similar to mana, as you need to wait for it to recharge, but the size of the pool does not increase as you level. You always have 100 Energy, regardless of your level.

Another difference the rogue has on some melee classes, is that it can dual wield two weapons at once. Most often it's a pair of daggers. These weapons are typically low damage (while compared to swords/maces) and quick hitting, making for some effective dart and dashing when in combat.

The rogue is designed to be able to dish out a lot of damage but not being able to take much. If you like a tactical challenge with a melee character, then a rogue is for you!

Well.. I mean those Energy bar, does the regen rate increase as your SPirit increase? Or it is the same for every race?

Human rogues are fine. They get a bonus to swords and maces which you can use in your off hand (or both if you don't mind losing backstab). I don't know that spirit helps energy regeneration. It may. Race doesn't matter a whole lot.

Spirit does not effect energy regen rate.

I'll second that.. I'm currently a lvl 10 NE Rogue, and as far as I can see spirit has no effect on the regen rate

The Energy regen rate is only affected by a certain skill that you can get, 100% regen during 1 min; 10min cooldown.
I highly doubt if any stat enhances the regen rate since it already is very fast and I haven't seen any proof in that any change in the regen rate has been made during the 30 lvls I played.
Spirit does however effect how likely it is that your Poisons will land on a mob.

Energy regen is a fixed rate and is NOT affected by spirit. The only thing which will affect energy rate is certain talents you can get in your tree, and there are a few of them which work in different ways.

Devious has got it down, like the opposite of rage, builds on a constant no matter what.

I've only had the chance to play a level 10 rogue, and only for half an hour or so, but assuming the energy bar regens the same throughout his levels (quite possible, considering its always 100 right?) then even if humans 5% spirit bonus DOES apply... it isnt going to make any difference at all. The energy bar regenerates REALLY fast. I certainly wouldnt base a character around a bonus to that regeneration rate. I'd be placing more value on the stealth awareness Perception ability for humans really.
