This isnt some century old mechanical science that has been perfected (which cars still havnt so please for the love of god stop comparing it to a car!) It is a collection of wires and hard drives and electrons that are all supposed to magically work...do you know how the system works? Not many do and those people are working hard to fix the problem (even with you whining like its the end of the world)If you dont like how this is being handled (hey they could be like almost every other MMO and just take the servers down and laugh at you...nope they give you the option to keep trying, Be happy the games out and its the second day. It was ALWAYS going to be a bumpy ride and for those of you who dont know Blizzard was FORCED to release before the holidays by vivendi...stop blaming the nerds drudging away in basements for 18 hours a day staring at server code.
Go ahead and rate me down if you like i will keep waiting patiently for the servers to balance out and be fixed.

Yay, my feelings exactly lol. Rate up, im sick of hearing all these people whine about a game, sure we all wanna play and we are all frustrated. Its just.. a GAME, its not really that important in the great scheme of things lol, you'll get over it just go read a book, its fun believe me, yes even i read sometimes =p.

Well i figured id make a Thread specifically speaking FOR the blizzard team rather then badmouthing some people we dont know. they create an incredibly complex game and server architecture, they mess up and everyone is infuriated...well comon people cant even get orders right at mcdonalds...the Devs deserve some credit.

Well my money has been around awhile and they seem to take it just fine. If I pay late I don't get to play so, let whiners whine and spenders spend.
ps... just having fun, I could care less either way. I am enjoying myself more waiting for WoW to come up than I ever did while playing FFXI.
psII... Blizzard should really make it two months free just to show they care. 1st month for taking care of unforeseen problems and one month that strictly for the love of the consumer.

I havnt experienced one single problem till this morning then I couldnt log on (I have a 16 hunter) so I managed to play just fine, I havnt even lost a day of gameplay yet. I fully expect it to be manageable within a few days (yes still lag but manageable). Whining doesnt solve anything all it does is put the pressure on the administrative offices to put pressure on the guys already sweating it out trying to fix this problem (tell me if someone came into your workplace and threw a hissy fit saying horrible things about you even if they had no idea exactly what you do...how would you feel?) Send emails to the executive offices at Blizzard/Vivendi if you REALLY wanna bug someone that deserves it.

During beta, there were just as many posts complaining about the servers as there were complaining about the complainers. However, now there's little to no posts complaining about the complainers.
Let them complain, if they quit it's for the better. If you want to praise Blizzard, you could've made a topic saying how good of a job they have done so far. Complaining about the complainers isn't exactly praising Blizzard.

Blizzard managed to fix the lag back in OB and I have no doubt they'll fix the lag in retail.
