Tri-blade things?Follow

Okay, I checked the stickies, the weapons section, and browsed through recent topics to see if it's been brought up yet, so please don't flame me if it has. =)

I'm a Night Elf hunter, I wasn't in the beta, and I see these tri-bladed weapons that the guards have. I was wondering what those are and if I can ever equip them? The weapons section doesn't seem to mention them at all, but the miscellaneous section apparently isn't working. Are they strictly NPC weapons or is it something I can eventually find and use?
