Last night I posted about how excited I was to play on my dad's brand new 20" iMac.

I picked up the game this morning. I started playing right away on my iBook while I loaded the game onto my dad's iMac.

The iMac is 1.8 Ghz G5, 1 GIG RAM, not sure what video card (but there's only one avaialable on iMac) and my iBook is 1 Ghz G4, 768 megs RAM and ATI Radeon 9200 ...

Also - the iMac is brand new. Other than Office, nothing has been installed on it. My dad brought it home to install stuff, but then went away on business and left it with me.

The iMac was SLOWER absolutely no faster than my iBook - which is SLOW! I was getting 8-15 FPS on both systems! I went back to the other room and played on my PC, which is an inferior machine, but gets 30-50 FPS.

Am I missing something?

Haven't got my version yet, waiting for the Collectors Edition to come. I have a PowerBook G4 and had no problems with the beta thought. The only thing I could think of are firewall ports or if your using a G3.

Sorry if that doesn't help.
