Will I be able to play with my Canadian friends??
Yeah, they fall under the same time zones as we do. North America includes Cananda and Mexico.

I for one love this regional server thing. I remember way back when on b.net when they released Starcraft for Korea........good god....

Actually, I think you can....you just need a NA mailing address.
Rumor has it you need a NA mailing address, credit card and IP number ...
