I just noticed that ebgames.com no longer has the colectors edition on it. I know that it is just a limited offer. So have they just sold out or just some weird mistake? Either way mine is bought and paid for and waiting for me at EB in the mall tomorrow
Mine's on it's way to my house as we speak, but I think they let people pre-order the CE up until the listed ship date, and then they stopped letting people order it or something...or maybe they did sell out. O_O
They are sold out, least for the online orders. Don't know about the stores but a friend of mine says the local store (SF Bay area) won't let him hold one for tomorrow, but he can get a regular copy.

I just tracked mine and it is finally in the system on its way. Can't wait until the moring. I have it coming to my store so I will get it by about 10-11 am since fed ex delivers to businesses before residences. hehe.
