Any betas when they will open up?Follow

Just picked up my Collector's Edition today from Best Buy, waiting at the account creation page that currently is down. Wonder when they plan to open things up, if they will do it at Midnight or after.

Also, here's an idea I thought of. What if I make my account using the 10 day pass, then after that put in my CE key, would I essentially get 40 days free?

I wonder if they've filled that loophole somehow, as in, the friend-code is the same as your normal one and you can't roll over the same account onto itself; thereby limiting you to one or the other.

Interesting idea, but your month of gaming will still start and it will still technically cost you the same amount, because you pay by month, not by day.

The only thing it saves you is not having to charge the fee for 10 more days, which isn't real that much a lifesaver.

Registration begins at 12:01 PST.

I would strongly advise everyone with a copy of the game to wait until 12AM PST before playing. Blizzard has officially told all stores to not sell it until this time, and I think they don't want anyone playing until their special function starts things off. If the servers are up earlier, and you start playing, they might be more than a bit annoyed.
