Ebgames hasn't shipped yetFollow

Just so you know, if your order status (as seen in the 'My Order' section) is set to Open then that means that your order has most likely been shipped to you and is on it's way.

If you read more into the site, you'll find out that they don't alwys update there site as quickly as the products arrive, mainly because sometimes they will find better ways to route a product to a customer without it even being handled by them personally, thus they can't really say they shipped it to you. This is just a way for them to get you what you order faster.

I e-mailed them about the same concern and got the following e-mail:

Just notified, it's shipped... UPS typically gets to home by 11 in the morning. I'll in game by noon, easy :) Sure, a few hours after the camp out at EB people, but my mug won't be on the local news Geekwatch segment either. Though I do want to see who can con thier hottie GF or Mrs to dres up as a NE to includ the skin color :)

FYI, they don't let you pick up the games earlier because of pre-release issues. IE Blizzards publisher doesn't want the game on before the 23, so it stays that way. You don't have to listen but then you will below priority next time a game comes out.

Yes, but you live in Hawaii so that's already a bonus right there. Think of the extra day as payment for the warm weather :p

EBgames will not ship until tomorrow, meaning you'll get it Wednsday.

I called EB, and they had a message on their customer support about wow. They are like stfu we're shipping today ok get a life tyvm.

So anyway I demanded live support dude says, and I quote all preorders recieved before today will ship out today. We will be shipping out tonight.

When I called my walmart and asked if they had any CE hitting the shelves today they said 'No all CE have been preordered. we dont have extra's" Otherwords... dont hold your breath but I am crossing my fingers for you.

Stickbow, where did you see the 4:30 delivery time on your tracking page? Mine just left Louisville as well but it dosn't have a delivery time. Probably because mines "3 day select" and it's too early for them to give an estimate. They'll throw it on four more trucks and take the scenic route :(

Well mine shipped. It also gave me the "Open" status but with the tracking # on the bottom. I've been watching it all day like the over-eager freak that I am. Mine departed Louisville at 15:41 eastern and arrived in San Jose at 17:17 eastern. With luck it doesn't sit there all night and they get it out and on a truck and in my hands by tomorrow afternoon.

Mine is still sitting on open with no tracking number or nothing...i feel helpless:(

Whoa! Time warp!

Argh, I hope Louisville, KY burns down! :P My package left there at 5:21 PM on the 22nd, then on 3:38 AM of the 23rd it says it was just leaving Memphis, TN, which is even further away from me(NJ)! Oi, woe is me, I think I need a hug, or some eggnog.

Well, after seeing EBGames didn't drop their shipment until early morning to FedEx (as of 11/23 @ 12:10am it was not in FedEx posession, per FedEx rep, they had only received the billing information, not the package)

Finally, 11/23 @ 4:54am it appears in FedEx system in Memphis, with estimated delivery time of 11/23 @ 3:00pm (which is basically the latest they can deliver next day in my area)

And I was pissed, normally I get FedEx delivery early-mornings...

Well, somehow as of 11/23 @ 7:54am it is on the FedEx vehicle for delivery! (Wisconsin)

Apparently FedEx skipped a few steps, their tracking doesn't show it going thru any sorting process, just magically from Memphis to the local truck.

So don't lose hope.
