Just checked my account and they haven't shipped yet. If it doesn't ship today I am going to have to go buy it in the morning blah.
They havent even CHARGED me yet, but I found a walmart stocking @ 12 am so if they dont ship by 10 im going to cancel the order and go to walmart
They've shipped mine out, it just isnt showing up on either their website, or on FedEx's tracking site. I did call customer service and confirm however, and he said it shipped today for overnight delivery tomrrow.
Careful. They may just be backlogged. The actual EB stores all already have the product. They've had the boxes since last Wednesday.

My status on EBGames says *Open*. I wonder if thats cuz I asked for instore pickup? I got one right next to my job and am gonna get it during lunch time! I always have things shipped to me, but since they opened up like 3 weeks ago near me, i figured I pay them a visit! :) Gah I hope that is what OPEN means! *goes into a frantic state of shock*

Just got off the phone with gamestop, looks like the full run of collectors edition has been preordered, sigh. Was at least hoping there would be 1 or 2 to fight for on the shelves, hard to imagine the whole first printing going towards preorders.

I just went up to my local EBGames and asked the guy if my preorder was in their computer since I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet. He told me that it was there and at 10am tomorrow I could come pick it up. Then he just taunted me by saying they had it last week.
I've been billed and they tell me on the phone it is shipped. They told me last night it was on the floor pulled and packed.
I'm trying to figure out why there are no tracking numbers or confermation numbers if they are "Already shipped" I was planing to call them after 1 PST if I hadn't gotten a tracking confirmation.

What I don't get is why they won't let players get the game on the 22nd. You need the servers to be up in order to play anyway. And some people seem to really want to play at midnight. Having them wait until the morning of the 23rd to get the game seems a little foolish.

Mine doesn't indicate it's been shipped on their website, but that doesn't mean diddly -- on a busy pre-release day the website status usually doesn't get updated till overnight. I did get the confirmation email that my order was shipped around 1PM EST.
I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet. :(

I just called EB and they said it was in and I can pick up the game at 10 when they open.
Be happy that you get the game the day its realesed.. living in Norway, need to import the game, anyone know a good side?

I've been ordering from EBGames for years and I think I've almost always had the product in my hands before it ever showed up as being shipped on my tracker.
Argh! Some girl just called my cell phone and said "We have the game soon."
I thought it was EB calling to tell me I could come pick up the game.
Then she kept saying "Yeah, I have the game. We're still playing right?" And then I figured out she had the wrong number.
Why must I be taunted like that??

I just got my EB confirmation email. My friend ordered on Amazon and chose the default free shipping. They shipped on Friday and his tracking ID says it's on the truck right now. :>(

Well one good side-effect of making everyone wait is that it staggers the signups a bit. Some will get in around midnight, some will get in late morning, others after work, etc. If everyone had their game ready to go ahead of time, the servers would come to a firy crash at 12:02AM 11/23.

EB Just sent me my shipping confirmation information.

Ah...that's a very good point. I didn't even think of that. Burning servers and charred drives are no way to launch a game......unless you're launching it AT someone.
ebgames has charged me omg they charged i have never been so happy about forking over 160 dollars as I am right now /squeal.

I finally got the order and shipping confirmation. I preordered the game like over 5 months ago. Oh well at least it should be here somtime tomarrow.

I was a bit perturbed that EBGames decided to wait till today to ship. I have a few friends that ordered from Amazon and they had their CE box on Friday! :\ You would think that a company specializing in electronics would have shipped the game out before a company that (until recently) specialized only in books would. At least I signed up on the day they were giving out free 1-day air shipping so *maybe* I'll get it tomorrow sometime. Oh well, at least I have today to get some actual work done before I go on a binge for the next few days. :)
My question is if I go to walmart and buy anormal copy for tonight if when my collectors edition came i could upgrade XD
Cause I'd SOOOO totally do it.
EDIT: I called the Blizzard support number (dude its acutally an 800 number that people pick UP unlike ffxi where you pay long distance and no one picks up for like 50 rings!), the answer is no, currently there is no way to upgrade. So if you buy the normal now and like a few months decide to get the collectors your screwed you have to make a new account. This should save people money wasted in finding out the hard way.

lol u gusy are ALLL lucky, i wont have mine for a while, stupid cheep me, i sent it regular ground -_- im hoping it gets here by wed. damn man i want to play so bad!!!!!
