If I'm not in grade 12 highschool, I would dump 10 hours into WoW daily.
As it is, I'm going to dump 6 hours ONLY

Ewww, neglect life, eh? That's one of the reasons why I left FFXI, to not neglect my life while doing something worthwhile in the little time I allow myself.

...

I do expect to drop 8 hour days here and there. That will probably happen on a weekend or two. :)

oh yeah I got my GF to play WoW with me

not like I needed much convincing, Jonny. It'll be so much fun to play together...

Ah...I have been preparing my wife for this for a while now. She is fully aware that Tuesday night and Wednesday night are mine...and then Friday through Sunday(Thanksgiving is for family, though...I am not going to be that pathetic...lol)

But a friend of mine from work saved me too...she called my wife and said "Hey, since your hubby is going to be playing his game all weekend, lets go shopping all day Saturday." Whooo hooo...she is now my favorite co-worker!

But I will not be giving up all aspects of my life...I will also satisfy the coffee, soda, scotch, cigar and sitting in an office chair aspects of my life to their fullest. I bought a bottle of The Dalmore 12 yr old single malt scotch - Cigar malt...goes wonderful with a good cigar. I have a box of Hoya de Monterey Excalibur 1066's - Churchills. I am set!

Just get your g/f to play the game then when they don't let you play yours anymore just buy her her own copy. Or better yet, play with g/f first, then play WoW. ;)

I would get a life, but that big glowing ball of gas in the sky frightens me......I feel it is safer to put the solar protectors up, and not go near a window/door for fear of some radiation sneaking in....

What a world, what a world....

Course, my neighbor is getting edgey.....for some reason he keeps deadbolting his door when yell ... "This...is...my...BOOOMSTICK!"

I am as well preparing for the 23rd, i've got plenty of movies rented to last me untill then. Once the day comes the pizza man will be on call, I figure every 6-8 hours or so i'll need to injest something to keep my body upright and vision focused.
Then every subsequent day untill I experiance loss of bodily function or vision will be devoted to playing. Save for 2-3 hours in the gym every morning to ward off muscle atrophy.

"May ministers of mercy and grace protect me"

Not a chance, i'm thinking.

Hmm... That's the thing I like about WoW. Unlike FF, It seems to be a game where I'm not pushed to stay on for endless hours to get somewhere. I can play it AND have time for my family. FF had the "warning" about not forgetting your friends, family, work, or school. Actually, the game seemed to be set up where if you didnt sink into the game for hours and forget everything in real life you couldnt get anywhere and enjoy it. I loved the game, but my family comes first. I think WoW will be enjoyable without having to forget about my real and most important life.
