Is NE able to carry axes?
I couldn't find any trainer to learn the axe ability.

I visited the weaponmaster there and all I was able to learn was mace.
Weapon types go by class.
If you were a hunter, warrior, or rogue as an NE you could learn Axe.
As a Druid or Priest, you cannot.
