What you're saying is that you made an indecent proposal to a GM, right?

That's how I got all my stuff.

This is the first WoW expansion announcement that I looked at and felt... nothing. Could the flame really have died? And if so, does it mean I have to take the Horde sticker off my car? Because it makes me look so cool.

I'm sure I will buy it at some point, to hop on and hang with my guild a bit and check the monk out. Old habits die hard, and they always come back. I'll wait for a sale or somesuch a few months after launch though. (I'll be too busy playing GW2 for a while, but that doesn't mean I want to have a gigantic hissy nerdspat with you guys about it. What is it with people who must aggressively declare that their game is king of the mountain? I do not get this extreme competitiveness and hate between fanboys.)

Not paying attention to the expac (and having not had an active sub since February) have made more likely to pick up the game when it comes out.

I feel about the same. This will likely be the first WoW expansion that doesn't see me taking a week off of work for the release.

I'll be glad just for something new to do in-game. These last couple weeks have seen little to no reason to even log in, now that I have all of my characters on 85.

I mean, what am I going to do? Dailies? Already did those countless times. Heroics/LFR? Pfft. what for? Not to mention, last couple times I tried, seems like most of the decent players got their fill and are doing the same I'm doing; just not logging in much until the expansion goes live, or at least until 5.0.4.

But then I suppose part of the problem with Cataclysm was that it suffered from a very lack-luster endgame, due to the amount of resources they had to spend on 1-60 areas. Don't get me wrong, the 1-60 updates were sorely needed, but I think the rest of the game suffered for it. I'm hoping MoP will allow it to recover from that.

Though to be honest, with Jade Forest still being down, the Tillers still not implemented (please don't tell me they're gonna go the whole Path of the Titans thing), and Pet Battles just recently being opened for testing... I'm kinda afraid of the 2month countdown.

Nice one. Two months to farm Anzu and some other mounts/pets sounds about right. But I'd be gutted if I was raiding at the moment to be honest. How long has it been this time? 12 months without any new raid? Way too long.

Heh got the raven mount yesterday after 76 kills. Just keep on it and it will drop eventually.
4.3 hit November 29th, 2011 so it will be about 10 months with DS as the current raid.

Congrats on the chicken. I'm on about 40 kills now (not including TBC runs since they don't show). Not a lot by any measure, and after almost two years of solid ZG farming for my tiger mount I'm decidedly in the patient camp anyway.

About what sells in the AH, I've always felt TBC enchanting matts and ores sell for a good amount. Greater planars go for about 17-20g per item (not stack) on my server, with dusts never falling off the 20g per stack mark
