So, as much as it pains me to admit it I spent some time looking for a matching outfit last night for my female druid. My guild is mostly women and they kept bugging me that my gear doesn't match and I'm not pretty. My response has always been "I'm a bear, cat, or bird 99.9% of the time so who cares" - but I got bored last night.
Anyways, I found a nice red/black leather 5 piece set - gloves, shoulders, robe, helm, pants. Boots are completely covered so no big deal, can't see the wrists either so no big deal. However, the dang belt I have looks like one of the oversized WWF championship belts and is not red or black. It had to be mogged.
Spend some time digging around a few sites to find a new leather belt that I like the looks of - go and get it (2 runs in a vanilla dungeon) and go to transmog it. Little did I see/know/read the patch notes - but not only does it have to match the equipment type (i.e. leather belt) you have to be able to equip it and the belt I went and got is Rogue only.
So lame. Now if the belt came from a rogue quest that indicated rogues are something like Batman and therefore have awesome utility belts fine...but it drops off dungeon trash, why the hell can't a druid wear it.
So what about moggin has annoyed you?
