Chain targeted spells and abilities (e.g. Multi-shot, Cleave, Chain Lightning) will no longer land if target cannot be seen by the caster due to stealth or invisibility.
if you step in front of a shotgun (multishot) YOU SHOULD GET HIT!
if you step up to a warrior swinging a weapon wildly (cleave) YOU SHOULD GET HIT!
Multishot is not a shotgun, the description on allak says "Fires several missiles, hitting 3 targets." It's not just a spray of arrows in front of the hunter, it's supposed to be the hunter picking 3 targets and shooting them all at once. If he can't see the rogue, he shouldn't be able to target it.
Cleave is "A sweeping attack that does your weapon damage plus 10 to the target and his nearest ally." This is a bit ambigious, but to me that implies the warrior is taking a swing at his target and the guy standing next to him. It's not a wild whirlwind swing all over the place, else it would damage all targets surrounding. If the warrior can't see the rogue, he isnt likely to be swinging at the target and the rogue but rather at the target and some other ally.
Chain Lighting I'm not sure on really. "Hurls a lightning bolt at the enemy, dealing 191 to 217 Nature damage and then jumping to additional nearby enemies. Each jump reduces the damage by 30%." I'm not sure what the logic is behind how the lightning jumps. Does it jump based on distance, does it base off what the shammy most wants to kill? Random electrical discharge? Does lightning sense stealth? Too many questions, but I more than see the logic for the other two.
