Is there a running speed advantage to the warden if he shapes into wolf form (warden of the forest)? I heard there was but the spell doesn't mention running speed. I'm already using spirit of the wolf for speed, but am not sure about wolf form. I heard there is a key command to look human while in wolf form. Thanks.

I thought it was /hide for toggling illusions, but it's not on our list (which probably means I missed it) http://eq2.zam.com/wiki/Slash_Commands_%28EQ2%29

Dunno on the speed question.

No, wolf form doesn't add any speed bonus. You'll need to use SoW for that.

And I don't know about a command to hide your illusion form, but under the Persona window, the last tab (options?) there's a place to check if you want to hide or display your illusion.

One sure way to check for a speed boost. Hit "p", and look for your run speed with, and without the spell or item in question.

I don't know about Warden, but Fury (the evil equivalent) has a self buff that gives them in/out of combat movement speed of 20%.

Fury is not exclusively evil. I have a fury that has been good since I started her...

Ok fine... but unless she is a gnome she's inferior.

Furys and wardens can be good or evil. And yes, wardens have an AA derived buff that increases their run speed as well. I think my Warden is at 55% now.

Yea, I know a warden who has it buffed up to like 70%, I think, with his AA's. Of course, I still beat him with my Order of Rime Icemare and Harvesting cloak... Smiley: tongue
