I have a friend who is looking to do this quest, however while the database says the quest is now year round the NPC is no where to be found.
Anyone know if the NPC got moved or of its still a holloween event only?

The quest is available year round, although the last time I did the quest series.. I remember one of the npc's were only available at night (game time).
