As I said in my first post on these boards, longtime Eq player... So I am used to the "weekly updates the forum regulars post" sharing their Fri-Sun ingame (and beyond) adventures. That features seems a bit more sporadic here on EQ2, if I have in fact identified it correctly.
Anyways, I converted my trial account to the real deal. Fae templar is now 22 and I think I have nearly exhausted the Gorowyn quest chains. This is good because I am getting worked up to betray.
Dinging level 20 and gettting the armor appearances window made my day --a feature I have wanted in all my mmo travels. I splurged on a bunch of weird-looking cloth and leather to give me a decidedly not-templar look.
Oh, I hated Spirocs in EQ1 and that has only deepened in EQ2. The sarnaks on the other hand are almost compelling in their manipulations of the conflict around them. Loving the game so far.
