So did everyone survive the holidays? Get everything you wanted from Santa Glug?

It's been bitterly cold here, -40F or colder going on day 10. It might ease up by the end of the week (-25 is sounding awful good) or another cold mass might come sit on us for another week. Yay.

Last day of Frostfell I got my second bag of coal, yay! But I discovered that my house is full. I've been meaning to redecorate, looks like it's time to pay the rent far in advance (so the status is covered) and pick it all up. Fortunately I still have empty bank slots!

I only did my entrance room in frostfell decorations, unlike the nights of the dead, where every room had a mini theme going on. So cleanup was a snap. Of course now I need to ship all this stuff to a mule account to store it. I'm not looking forward to that.

Got plenty of extra bookshelves, dressers, wall dividers, etc from this even though so once an idea strikes me I at least have the resources to build something interesting.

I even had more then enough tokens to buy multiple items for my friends house who isn't able to play at this time (thankfully she just got a new job, so hoping she's back in game soon). I think she will be filled with joy when she walks into her home and see's a very large dragon sleeping on the floor.

It was one of the purchasable items from Frosftell this year, doing the quest got you the 'fighting' dragon, but to get the sleeping one it was only 20 of the tokens (which was easy enough to get).

Too make matters worse, it's gone now so you will have to wait until next to see if they come back.

well, after being out of the game for a month (computer problems galore), I was finally got a new laptop which can play EQ2. granted, I have to play on extreme performance, but I can play. sad thing is that I didn't get back into the game until a couple days before Frostfell ended. so I only had the chance to do the icy keep quests on a couple of my characters. but I was able to get the gi on my monk. I also started back to crafting and got my armorer up to level 70, so he can finally start crafting T8 (I hated the fact that I could harvest T8, but couldn't make a bloody thing with them yet). so, now the infamous grind to level 80 on my woodworker and my armorer, and then I will have a 20% bonus to my crafting xp (YAY!). SO that's been my past couple of days.

Hey!

Lots of AA grinding. Gotta fill out that Shadows tree. Been rough going though since there isn't a ton I hadn't killed and most of the quests I have left need raids. :/ Slowly but surely though. Lots of mentoring.

In my quest for AA I remembered that just about every NPC in Pillars of Flame is also an attackable, named mob including all the quest givers, merchants, menders, etc. Mentored to the 60's and went scorched earth on the Swift Rider camp, T`Narev Monk camp, Charwhatever-guys-on-the-island-for-sword-of-ro-quest camp..got two AA for wiping all those camps out. Good times. (If you do this, make sure you do it when there aren't really any people actually questing/using those NPCs..be nice)

Much of my in-game time has been spent logging in, followed by getting distracted by football or Animal Crossing, resulting in long untagged AFK time and me eventually turning around to see a half dozen tells from people that have all logged out by the time I noticed they were trying to say Hi to me. :D I wasn't ignoring any of you I promise!
