Wish ListFollow

I wish someone would put a list of the best weapons for each Class, Level, DPS and Damage on some website. I have a Assassin that is Level 42 and don't know what kind of weapon would best for DSP. Ebon rare is so hard to find and expensive to buy. I don't won't to waste it, by making stuff I can't use. Any Suggestions welcome.

To me, a big part of the attraction of EQ2 is that there is no best choice in gear for any given class at any given level. Folks are always complaining about FX# being so limited and restrictive in terms of must have gear and EQ2 has blown right past all those complaints by offering a huge range and variety in the items available for each and every slot.

What you need to do is assess your needs (based on your play style) and then look at the stats for each of the (rare) weapons you are considering in order to make an informed choice as to which would be best for you.

The bad news is that no one can give you a short list or make that choice for you. You'll have to do the leg work.

The good news is that with the selection available, after doing the research, you will find the right choice.
