Racial TraditionsFollow

yes, they do now. When the game first came out, no the racial traditions didn't scale, and truthfully, were of such pathetic quality that no one got them, and if they did, they never used them. A few updates back (I want to say about 6 mo. ago now, but I could be off), they updated the achievement/character development windows and combined them into one window. when they did this, they also redid the racial traditions making the combat art/spell and the defensive art/spell (if applicable) more tempting to use. but I can say for a fact that they do scale (I've seen them scale as I level my characters).
