Good morning, happy campers.
Not a ton to report. I didn't manage to get into game last night. Audio-Surf and Monday Night Football took up most of my time for the evening. For the record, Audio-Surf comes with my highest possible recommendation and I suggest you all buy it now. Like, right now. Go on. I'll wait.

Alright. In lieu of an in-game update - a discussion question for the class: What new HQ items are you keeping your fingers crossed for to be included in the new expansion? Think of the story-lines and think of the zones we're getting. Guk, Najena, Innothule..the possibilities are many. The exe axe? Dark Reaver? The FBR or the knuckle-ring? Or maybe a legacy item unrelated to the zones in the expansion (remember that we got FBSS, the Evil Eye Bag and Serrated Bone Dirk, all Guk items, already).
I'd like to see the Dark Reaver. I'm biased but I loved that sword. It's name and proc (a strength drain) gave it a very SK'ish feel.
What are you hoping for AND how was your evening?

hrmmm, it seems my post got eaten up cause I swear I responded earlier this morning.
Yesterday was a whole lotta nothing game wise. I tried fear again (and again no luck , nor this afternoon either
) At night I popped on for 5 minutes before I realized I was crashing from coaching and swimming alongside a friend of mine who is training for a triathalon. So I logged and passed out

Loaded up the latest patches and started playing EQ2 again! (Actually this all happened over the weekend)
Jarsath Wastes: Rhinos, Lions, Birds, and the Spider guys.... Mass killing for exp and faction. Logged last night at 78.82%. Hopefully get another 10% solo tonight but the exp is way slow...
Sanctum of Scaleborn: For Nostalgia I ran my Pally (at level 77) through a bunch of quests that I never advanced past a certain point or completed. Spent a good 3 hours just running up and down stairs, locating stuff, and killing. Not much exp but advanced the "Trading Information" quest to the last part. All I have to do is get the crystal and kill a few wraiths...
Not sure why I am doing that stuff, but it's really neat running through "grey" material in that zone though. Its nice not having to rush through because you are worried about respawns and stuff. I really love that zone.
Other then that, I went through about 25 plat completing collection quests and uprgrading spells. Now I am broke and need to start questing again...

I spent most of yesterday on my new Templar, getting him from 10 up to 17 and running him through the void tempest quest (yes, he wants the naked breastplate). I almost want to betray him from Qeynos simply because I find Neriak so much easier to navigate.
