Coming back to EQ IIFollow

A few months ago I had to stop paying for EQ and now I want to reactivate my subscription. What I am wondering is when I do that will my old characters still be there or will I have to start all over again? I have looked through alot of different forums and can't seem to find an answer to this question, and it's Saturday so Tech Support is closed. I really want to know before I sign back up, because if I have to start over from scratch I may end up checking out some other MMORPGs first. Thanks in advance.

ETA: Naturally I looked for hours before posting and then 5 minutes after posting was able to find the answer on my own. Figures. So in case anyone else is wondering...

"Canceling your account does not affect your characters immediately, only your billing information. Though we generally do not delete characters on closed accounts, we cannot guarantee the integrity of characters after an account closes. Please keep in mind that you will need to use the same Station Name and Password that you used before you canceled your subscription to the game when you choose to log in again.
