How are you finding the dreams sequences ?

Boring as hell actually, I've started skipping them Smiley: laugh

Hahaha! I had that problem, at first i found them to be intriguing little pieces of lore, then after a while i was like... Ok! How come there is no scene for this things, that are being described so extraordinary in this text... :(

I think primarily because there are so many of them. Only the flashbacks most important to the main story were told in cutscenes, those primarily used as a backdrop got told in the 1000 years of dreams format, which, honestly, is an amazing way to tell such a huge story. And it does a much better job expressing Kaim as a character as it lets you into his mind and thoughts, which you can't really relay very well in movie-style cutscenes. You wind up relating to him much better when you take the time to understand the depth of his immortality in terms of what it's done to him.

I've been reading a crapload of fantasy books (currently reading the dresden files omnibus 1-6) and trying to satisfy the ff itch with disgaea 4, which is a like a goofy version of ff tactics.

Mainly I've been working on my game or consulting with others about their games, networking with other designers, etc. I was playing Lost Odyssey for a while and hope to get back into it once things have settled down a bit.

I've been thinking up a back story to go with the character I'm going to make, along with plotting with friends on how we're going to play the game. Oh and I've been trying to get some studying done for my summer classes. ...So far I only achieved one of those three Dx

Just started Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom. I'm only an hour or so in, but I'm already hooked. The battle mechanics are really fun and interesting. It's like a Zelda game with more intense combat. The story is rather lacking thus far, but as I said I'm only an hour in. I'll try and update later once I'm farther along. I got it for 6 bucks at Gamestop, so you really can't beat that.

I started playing Don't Starve 2 days ago. One of the best games i have played for some time now. I love how you fight for survival everyday and death/craziness is always one step away. Crazy animals/monsters gothic like style in the game and also the music and sounds are epic. Overall i love it. The only thing that is kinda weird for me is the story. You can just play the game as another minecraft but you can also follow the story but that story confuses me.

Reinstalled SWTOR and leveled my Sith Juggernaut to 55. The game has its moments but with the awesome KOTOR setting and BioWare at the helm it could have been so much more. Goddammit.
