*My first ticket involving this was sent around 5 hours ago and I haven't even received an automated response. They didn't even send me an e-mail letting me know my account was suspended. Their customer service really sucks. I do hope they get on par with other MMO providers at some point. They make plenty of money to pay people minimum wage to answer a phone or send an email.
Does anyone even know the customer support phone #? Or have a link to the live chat help? They don't even list it as an option anymore. All they give me are email forms to fill out. This is ridiculous.
