Spellcrafting helpFollow

I added a finesse gem (for +1 skill spell:all) to a hat, and when I try to wear the hat I get an error saying that the hat cannot be worn by my realm? Obviously since I created it, I am of the same realm.

Is this a bug? Is this intentional and I missed something?

Info:

I am a level 38 Cabalist in Albion, spellcrafting a level 40 hat (cloth) THe spellcrafting went fine. Any help would be appreciated - I don't want to ping Mythic unless I know it is a bug.
