I see others saying how they use a level 50 necro to fund other toons. Frankly I'm just confused as to how you fund other toons. I come from FFXI and I'm used to a delivery system to send money and items to other players, but I have not found nor noticed anything like this in DAoC. Is there? If so which expansion do I need to have it? I have a bit of money on my 18 necro and I want to use it for my Friar and for my Paladin.

Thank you,
Yasachiku

Well, some people have houses, and there are vaults in the houses, where you can store stuff, and others characters you have can pick it up.

Also, if you belong to a guild, chances are they have a guild house with a vault that guildies can use for such a purpose.

But if you are without any of this, then the only real way to do it is to ask someone if they will help you with a transfer.

You give them whatever you want, and then log on to your other character and meet them again with your other toon. You are at their honor for not just keeping your money and running off, but truthfully, chances are very slim that anyone would do this. Type /b will someone help me with a transfer inside camelot...someone will probably answer, or just send a tell to someone....most people will take the few minutes and help you out.

Yeah necros really do help fund other toons, with drops, and cash, my own necro (just at 49 atm) has several plat on it that on my other toons would have gone to armour, and weapons etc etc.. not to mention farm some aurulite and sell it on housing. A house doesnt cost too much, and I just bound there and teleport whenever I need something, its a lot easier than running around trying to find ppl to transfer kit, the one down side is transfering money, and if you are transfering anything over a plat I would be a bit more selective as to who you ask. If anythign go to the market explorers NOT camelot, because a lot of newer players might be tempted.. but at housing if your there buying, chances are you a) know what your doing, and b) have enough money so you arent gonna steal anything.. but thats just my personal view.
