Is it or is not true that you cannot make a new toon with the intention of becoming a Heretic and doing the level up command to level 20 or 30 depending on the server.
I think I heard that a while ago.
Any insight anyone?

You cannot /level A Heretic but playing normal to 20 you will get a 50% bonus to all xp for having a level 50 on that account

yes, true...you can't /level it up...soon as you do, the message comes up that you can not create a catacombs class.
