OK so i have the registered version of Fraps, and have the most updated version of my vid cards drivers, but the quality of my recordings is very very poor.
Most of the frames are not being recorded and I am left with choppy recordings. Or i end up with sped up recordings anyone offer any help with using fraps or know any forums for it?

You can use Movie Maker 1 or 2 to edit the movie. (Go to Microsoft.com to download if you don't already have it). This could also be used to slow down some of your videos.
