also alot of people use fraps and make videos with it.. dl the demo of it and you will be able to watch those movies also a easy fix.

Question time! ~
Today I bought the full version of Fraps and I have been messing around with it. After recording, I have noticed that the files are huge, and quite understandably so.
My question is what is the best compression method, such as the program and codecs used?
At the moment I have been using Virtual Dub software, and codecs such as 3ivx, the quality after compression is extremely low.
I have noticed the videos on this site are of extremely high quality, and the files are very small.
So, any ideas?

I use 3ivx with my vids and they seem to turn out fine. I dont know why urs is like that may depend on what kind of computer u have.

Couple more days and the my host should be back up and running..... once its up we're good as gold for more videos.

karg if u want i cant host some vids i have 6 gigs of space and plenty of bandwith. I already have some vids up on there and i would be glad to host some for you.

I'm trying to grab 2 more Comcast friendly people to help out. If you can spare 2 accounts like I explained earlier I can use those two to host a very nice quality Shadow Lord fight (watermarked but overall good quality and sound). I have two 24mb files that could be hosted on two Comcast accounts. Main host won't be running until the 1st so come on gang. Email me @ karg@azure-twilight.com.

Hey Karg, I have Insight Cable and they have the same setup as Comcast with the 6 emails and websites, so if you need some extra space, shoot me an email at Suzaku@insightbb.com and let me know. The space is only 10mb, though, so if that's an issue, let me know as well.

Its been asked before, NO posts get stickied on the main thread but the admins were nice enough to put this on the Guides section which I try to keep updates on. Best we could do for now.

Hehe, that's from my server. I know Brysky, he rocks. Heh it's weird because I do alot of Ballsita but never get to record because Fraps screws up and only does 1/4 the screen... If you help me out I can get some cool videos.
