My profile sheet and my "printable character sheet" do not agree.
Biggest difference: printed profile sheet shows base HP as 0, where the profile shows base HP as 476. A few other similar things.
Didn't include the number because they all do that.

Fungus Covered Scale Tunic is showing a 5 point regen, when it is, in fact, a 15 point regen.

None of the fabled items, or Anniversay skeleton drops, are making it from the updater program to the character profile web page.

I noticed something wierd with my characters profile. I used the item collector to update it. On this one character, I have a fabled bracer and a couple drops from the various skeleton commanders, however, the profile does not show them.

I recently re-enabled the profile support and am having problems. Before that was enabled I was successfully sending stuff to Lucy. Now when I log in to EQ I get:

Running in quiet mode.

36: 0 unknown itemClass (10000), exiting
(I Xed out the port numbers.) Anyone know how to fix this? Sorry if the answer's here and I missed, it, I did look around a while.

I get the same error as the previous poster.
Clearly the profiler isn't working anymore, and even when it was working it's missing all the newer items like skeletal drops and fabled items.
I've removed it from my system. Hope it gets fixed soon, it'd be a great tool - if it worked.

Yes my Item Collector doesn't work. I believe the last time it worked was on April 13, 2004 or April 14, 2004.
Does not collect anything.
My current computer profile is listed in this thread near the end of January 2004.
I also have uninstalled and reinstalled Item Collector.
Please help me with this problem.

Already wrote an e-mail about this some days ago, Fabled Fippy's Paw got SV Cold bonus (+5) that doesn't show up neither at the equipment description nor when you equip one of your characters with it...

I reinstalled Item collector last night, and it's working again for me. Anniversary/Fabled/Skeleton items show up, and no more "profile length" error either.

Do you have to reinstall it or does the auto-update work to make the corrections?

What I did was just re-download the setup.exe file. The auto-updater didn't work. I didn't uninstall the old one first either, just redownloaded and let it run.

WOW I had no clue what I needed to improve or how to conveniently compare items available to make those improvements. I'm going to go through and use this tool for all my characters. If anyone thought premium membership wasn't worth it they have NO idea what they're missing! Thank you!!

I'm getting this error when running my item collector: Profiles enabled. unable to open the adapter. ICSHARE is not supported by pcap. Any suggestions?
