Greetings

One problem I'm having is that I cannot get the profile support mode out of the default directory. Hitting the '...' button does nothing (the directory slot remains grayed out)...

On the (exported) profile, the timestamp is on the bottom instead of near the top (admittedly a personal preference).

Inventory display - could the contents be indenting (along with abbreviate it to 'G/B/SB'-slot#-content-slot#')? This would seem to help somewhat on space used and tell where the item is as well.

On the spellbook, hmmm, instead of a flat numeric, how about 'page-slot' for the spells, the first page, first slot would be 11 (or 011) and the eighth slot would be 18, first slot on page 2 would be 21, etc...

No general inventory showing up in the profiler, just bank and shared bank slots.

After several failed attempts to delete character profile and try to make a new one with the profiler (kept getting page not found errors in browser after clicking on the delete link), now it seems the profile is gone. Going to make a new profile and see if problem still exists, which was nothing showing in general inventory, just bank and shared bank slots.

Item Collector works fine except for my berserker.

I can upload all profiles but when I try to upload the berserker profile I get,
"Error: Unkown server error."

Does the program need to be updated to allow berserker profiles or has it already been updated and I need to dl a new one?

Having the same problem with uploading my Berserker. Keep getting a server error, all my other toons update just fine though. Really need this service so I can work on twinking my Berserker as easily as possible.

I was getting my error uploading berserker profile on the Innoruuk server but now that you updated program it works fine.

Will there be any way to track your spellbook in this tool?

I have manually updated my equipment with augments. When I check the equipment, my augments show that they are added. When I print a character sheet, my items show the unaugmented values. (char-17184, item in question is Royall Attendant Breastplate and has wis and ft2 augments)

None of my gothic armor shows up on my pally, when I tried to put it in manually, I could not find the items in the list of available equipment, but did find it when I did item lookup.

There was a small error in my stats and it took me much tinkering to figure out why. It turns out that the Silken Augmenter's Cap actually gives 6 pr (as in the picture), not 3 pr.

Tradeskills are not updating. Char ID=378186. I have even manually updated them and they are still not reflected on the printable profile.

Haven't been able to use the updater at all. Error message says: "Error 2. An error occurred while updating, please try again later." I thought maybe it was zone alarm blocking access, but I disabled ZA and still no go. Using WinXP Pro.

Have noticed a problem with Hit Point calaculations on the "printable version" character sheets. These seem to insist on reflecting a baseHP of 0, then properly add the +hp and +sta items. But this gives a report that is way off. (my lvl 26 VahShir Shaman is reported with 55 hp total...)Have not printed off new sheets for all my chars, but the two I did today both display the same problem. [char # 374290 and # 374291]
