I was on another web site and it said Paladins can use this spell is it true?
No, ProtectraII is a WHM exclusive. However, Paladin learns Protect II at lvl 30

The only purpose to having Protect II in addition to Protectra II is aiding people not in your party, or possibly for repetetive cast to raise enhancing. Sometimes when I see someone soloing i'll cast Protect on them if they are unable to do so themselves, and i'll probably do the same when I get protect II.

The NPC in Selbina also sells Protect II and I think it was about 7 - 8K also. But after playing this game, I realized, if you have Protectra II, you won't really need Protect II, unless you want to be hard core and just get everything.

Windhurst when in first place sells it in the waters zone spell shop and the white mage in selbina next to the fishing guild sells this scroll.
Actually it doesn't. Both places sell Protect 2, not Protectra 2.

yes, Protectra II is sold in the gobby shop in lower jeuno.. I just bought it 5 minutes ago.. protect ii is not there, but protectra II IS.

Anybody know where to obtain this spell? All the auction houses in all 4 cities havnt havnt had any sold since the US version has been released. So I'm assuming this spell is quested, bought, or dropped of some mob. Any help would be great!
Try going to the magic shop in whatever city is first in the nation conquest on your server.
