no offense, but why would you equip these when the AF armor is there. and HQ for these are really expensive!

This is the best leg armor in the game for THF (yes, even better than the relic pants). If you see one and have the money grab it, they are almost never available although the price is usually reasonable (around 500k) because the only job that ever wears this is THF (RNG has better gear)
