This mob casted Rage of Rallos Zek. I don't remember at what level of health but it blasted all my WTD pets and finished off my Tier 5 Warrior merc. At that point it was all over but the crying.
I got hit for 7220, Shammy for 6840 and Cleric for 7505.
I FD and the mob killed the rest of the group. Then the mob stood on me for 5 minutes before I finally got up and tried to run. Of course the mob followed, casted a stun and FD spell on me and sat on me again until I stood up.
I was not in any mood to recover. I'll try again tomorrow.

An interesting mechanic on this monster. He "sniffs" you out. It'll roam around at fairly slow speed, but does a sniff emote every few seconds that points it toward you or a named slave you have to rescue. This means that unlike most (all?) other SoD instance loot nameds, you MUST kill him if he spawns. He does not technically see invis, but when he's very close and sniffs, it will break your invis and aggro him. I tried rooting him on one end of the zone and getting a CoH to the other. Not long after my root wore off, I saw him slowly "roaming" straight towards me yet again.
After killing 5 overseers got a yellow text:
A horrid, load squeeling can be heard in the distance.
a Rallosian warlord shouts, 'Hah! They've loosed a hunter. It will find the fools who think they can lead these pathetic slaves to rebel. I don't think those pigs have been fed in days!'
Then immediatly after that in a white text:
Graknar the Bull shouts 'Squeeeeeel! Snort. Sniffle.'

Confirmed this is the text for Graknar the Bull. It is different than the unnamed pops.

Confirmed name is not a timed spawned. Graknar the Bull spawned at the 14 minute mark. Killing 3-5 overseers will spawn name or the place holder.

The task write up gives more specifics on his dmg output - all I can say is he hits pretty hard and pretty fast and has a resistable knockback/flux type spell that goes off at ~55 - 60% health and again at about 30% health. Can hide from the knockback behind pillars and walls.

did this quest bout 30 times 2 weeks straight,got the following medials:
5x chest
8x hand/wrist
4x feet/head
3x leg/arm
as for ear/ring i got:

I cant find him on the map appears to be the only name that isnt , so anyone know where he spawns?
He is one of the "slave hunting boar" that will spawn in a random location after you've killed 3 - 5 overseers. He only spawns in this mission. The mission will spawn three "slave hunting boar", more often that not he's in the first or second spawn. His spawn point is random and he will roam around the zone until he finds a slave. If you get the gate potions to the slaves, then he'll eventually path towards zone in of the instance. If you happen to take care of the slaves and then die to him, be prepared, he will be waiting for you when you zone in. That happened to me once, but as he is mezzable - I had zoned in with my bard first and quickly put him to sleep so the rest of the party could zone in and set up safely.
