It doesn't seem like much at first, specially for the cost of the first 3 levels, but then you take into account it can be cast in places where you can't use a mount, and it stacks with the following:
*Destillate of Clarity potions, or whatever Enchanter mana regen buff you get, like KEI
*Your Level 54 self buff: Elemental Draw
*Your Level 58 self buff: Transon's Phantasmal Protection
This whole combo goes nicely with the Archetype, Spell Casting Reinforcement AA, so Elemental Draw is not a nuisance to keep going constantly.

I posted this information on the 3rd rank of this spell, and I'm trying to find the tools to delete my original post here, since it's apparently the wrong section to discuss it, but I don't see the option. Please disregard.
