Dead Hills Heroic task broken?Follow

I have run across an odd problem, after years I find I need a collectable from a dead hills Heroic task
given by Skulk the Madaxe. He gives me the task sends me in but the quest information remains blank in the task window and every task sends me to the wrong instance, all the same one
in which there are none of the NPC that are supposed to be there but others from an unrelated mission given by a different NPC. Again even that one is broken as i try completing the wrong task I am in
and nothing shows in the task window and at the end no collectables have spawned and i get nothing!

Is this because of something I am supposed to do that I have forgotten over the years or is the whole Dead hills heroic tasks broken?
It seems like a really odd thing to be happening.

Thank you, he gives me any of the three and sends me in, but to the wrong instanced they are instanced from a whole different Heroic Adventure NPC.
The one he gives me is the first one I tried when i came in the zone and again it had a blank task and no updates.
Looks like I completed heroic and partisan of Dead hills.

I just saw a group go into the task if they come back out having completed it, it is just my group!
