warriors in pvp at lower lvlsFollow

how are they?

im wondering if its because im in 3/4 quest greens going up against people in full heirlooms or they just suck at pvp at low lvl.cuz i spec'd arms pvp and was bored and queued up for a bg and was like bottom on the list at the end and spent 90 percent of the time pretty much dead

but im only lvl 15 and my gear besides my trinket and back(which are heirlooms)is pretty much just random leather,mail,plate quest greens
