Cataclysm Closed Beta Key Contest!Follow

I'm excited for the excellent quest chains I keep hearing about in Lore's videos, which he described as more than just an XP grind, but a real storyline feel.

I'm excited for the upgrades to environments (no more copy-paste water!) and the expansion of the phasing mechanic to apply to environments as well.

I'm excited that the Alliance will finally have a race that looks badass.

I'm excited that levelling 1-60 will feel like less of a chore and be more fun!

I'm excited that, because of the expanded phasing mechanic, we may get to see major advancements in the Warcraft story, instead of simply knowing who the enemies were and waiting to be able to kill them.

I'm most looking forward to all the new gold making opportunities which will be coming with Cataclysm!

I think the thing I'm most excited for is how Azeroth is going to change. I've been playing since pre-TBC on my friend's account (and then my own right before TBC), and I've always loved the lore associated with each zone. Now, new stuff is being done to the zones, and they're changing, bringing a whole host of new plot- and lore-progressing ideas. It gets me jittery and excited just thinking about it...

I am MOST excited about - GREEN FIRE!!!!!

I am so excited to see what is going to happen to the old world. I've been playing WoW for a long time, so new scenery could be refreshing. Also, the pets and new mounts; if any. I love collecting stuff like that. Hopefully, the new dungeons would be more exciting to run. Something interesting that could keep our attention... love to see what Hero. Deadmines is going to be like!

Im really excited to play a Worgen, Im also looking forward to new class roles for the races,I think its about time they did it. Im looking forward to be able to fly around Azeroth now and that they changed all the lands. Im looking forward to the new quests and rewards.

What I am most excited about in the upcoming Cataclysm expansion is all the new mounts and pets to be collected and with them their achievements :D

I am most excited about seeing all the changes to the old world. I've been playing since day 1 of original WoW and have leveled all classes up to 80, so I've seen it all as it exists currently. Leveling a new character has always been something fun for me and with having new race/class combinations and new races to play, I'm looking forward to making a couple of new toons and going through the world from 1-60 as if it were a new game...because it will be a totally new experience then it is leveling to 60 now.

I was really taken by the new geography and how almost everything and everyone is affected by the change.

I'm looking forward to see the new designs for some of the old zones like the Barrens, not to mention seeing them on my flying mount FINALLY! I also can't wait for the new Death Knight specs. Dual Wielding DPS in Frost spec ftw.

The thing I'm most excited about in Cataclysm is being able to explore the new zones and lore behind them.
Just like each race and city has their own lore, these new zones give a hidden story themselves, and that is the most interesting thing for me

What I am looking forward to for Cata is the new talent trees and specailizations. I mean looking at the 31 point trees and seeing what my Fury Warrior is going to be able to do is making me go hmmmmm... one handers or two handers. I am waiting to see what kind of weapons and the base dps of each weapon is going to be.

I am looking forward to the new guild system as well. The new perks for the guilds is something sweet. I like the fact the boys at blizzard gave the little guilds like mine a fighting chance to get levels for their levels versus the larger guilds.

I'm pretty excited about that Power Word: Barrier thing. Also, about Chakra for holy priests. Definitely makes the priest healing specs a bit more versatile and interesting.

I'm not excited most about new areas, or new toons or new races. that's all great but.
I am most exited by the fact that the play style of each class changes dramatically. Everything will be new. We'll have to learn our roles all over again. Everyone will be on mostly even ground again, and we will get to experience the game all over again!

The things that I look forward to in Cataclysm, is the revamping of the old world stuff that I started in in vanilla WoW, plus the revamped talent trees and the changes to talent trees for new toons.

I'm excited for several different things about Cataclysm. The new high-level content, of course, but also the opportunity to level alts and experience the re-worked world and quests. Also, how the new 5-man dungeons are supposed to be challenging and require thought, rather than the AOE-fests that are dungeons now.

I'm pretty psyched about Cata being better than SW:tor :P well that and the 1-5 zones for goblin and worgen, since they weren't playable during Blizzcon 2009

I gotta say, playing as a Worgen is gonna be awesome.

'Specially since my Guild Leader went and made an Alliance guild for us so we can all be Worgen together. ^_^

Im excited for my Goblin rogue, Asimov. He's gonna have massive sideburns, and Im not gonna wear a helmet so you can see how awesome he is.

What I'm looking forward to most in Cataclysm is all of the new lore that the areas will bring. Lore has been one of my favorite parts of the entire Warcraft series, and I can't wait to immerse myself in the new story that Blizzard has created.

I'm looking forward to leveling the last 5 level's on my hunter then taming a MONKEY and feeding him Tel'Abim Bananas :D

As a player who is massively into the lore behind the game. I am most looking forward to the new quests and lore being added, especially with worgen and goblins and how they fit in with there corresponding factions. I think that area's such as Vashj'ir and Mount Hyjal will be rich in lore and help tell the story behind azeroth alot more.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the stories for each race have been affected by the coming of Cataclysm, and how drastically the zones I've come to know have been changed.

Lieutenant Horatio Laine for a start! =)

I look forward to being able to explore Azeroth on flying mount, and to experience the new Questlines and Lore that will be added to the classic zones as well as the new - I have spent alot of time exploring all the random little nooks Blizzard has created, but are not often explored because no quests or content leads you there - like abandoned villages or locations that are talked about in the Lore of Warcraft. This will be made all the more interesting with flying mounts.

The return of Ragnaros will also bring back many memories of my 40-man MC raiding days.
