Cataclysm Closed Beta Key Contest!Follow

I am most looking forward to all the new 1-60 quests, especially all the lore involved in them. It will be great to see the new Westfall/Silverpine chains to see how they tie in with heroic Deadmines/SFK. I am also looking forward to seeing the Plaguelands change now that the scourge is gone. This will be amazing and fun to see these zones we have known for the past 5-6 years changed.

Good luck all!

I am looking forward to all the new changes in Cataclysm. The new engineering, the new guild changes, changes to my mage, the talent changes, the changes to Azeroth, underwater combat/questing, new lore, worgens, goblins, new mounts, and the new instances/raids. I cannot wait to see the changes to Org, and the destruction to Stormwind. I have been stoked about Cataclysm since the announcement I just cannot wait for everything new I can experience!!!

So much new content that it's hard to choose one favorite, lets just say I'm looking forward to everything!
#255 Jul 26 2010 at 6:35 PM Rating: Default
I am most definitely excited about the new content, as in the totally redone old world. I have been playing since open beta in vanilla, so this is something that I have been waiting for for a looooong time.

I have 6 80's and cannot WAIT to start some new ones with the new races and new leveling experience. My alt-aholic attitude is going to just get that much worse this time around with all the new "old" content :D

Worgen, goblins, and tauren paladins! OH MY! Getting giddy just thinkin about it! :D

Also, since my main is a retadin...I am absolutely ecstatic about all the pally changes. This expansion is so chalked full of the good stuff in every aspect of the game for me :D

What I can't wait to check out in Cataclysm is all of the new zone changes. Being a long time WoW Player, these zones have become very familiar for me and to see them become something new and different is exciting, not to mention all of the new quest lines throughout the Cataclysm-affected zones.

I'll most likely be playing a lot more characters to check out the zones in their entirety as well as the Worgen and Goblins to see how they play out!

Thanks for the opportunity to win a Cataclysm Closed Beta Key! Good luck to all.

I'm extreamly excited about how Blizzard is making Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep heroic dungeons in Cata. I really wanna see how they change SFK to include the making of the new Worgen race. I'm interested to see if there is a cinematic showing how Arugal made the worgens.

well i really love the fact that the Goblin starting zone has some out of the ordinary quests, oh and the vehicle you get to drive around in the starting zone!

These are the reasons I am most looking forward to Cataclysm.
1. Rolling an alt threw all the new content (Trolls!) with my soon to be wife at my virtual side (13 days to go!).
2. The simplified talents and stats, hours of my life cut out from Googling how to spec or what gear I should get.
3. From what I can tell, better questing depth. Love how they seem to be using phasing to tell more of the story.
4. Killing LOTS of naga. I hate naga.

Disruption - 76 Tauren Warrior

I am most excited about the zones revamp, will be very interesting to explore and experience new zones in Azeroth. Have been in the old zones so much, and at least nowadays they are very dead and deserted. Really looking forward to some new life in Azeroth :)

Secondly I'm really looking forward to the new raids and dungeons, and the system around it.

My husband and I first created our little guild in 2005 as a home for our burgeoning collection of alts. Since then it has waxed and waned, sometimes as a casual guild, sometimes as a small raiding guild, but always with the same core group of friends. These guildies of ours have become like a second family to us, and in WOTLK we've done pretty well as a 10man guild. We are so fiercely loyal and familiar with each other, that we've managed to progress into heroics, despite the fact we only get together to raid once or twice a week.

So, it goes without saying, that the change to 10man raids is extremely exciting for us. We have been forced to pug or co-op 25man content in the past, and knowing that we will now be rewarded for being a successful 10man is definitely the thing that I am looking forward to the most - along with of course, the new guild reputation rewards system. When you love your guild like we do, it's fair to say that Cataclysm will be a time to shine!

I'm most excited to play the revamped talent system and to experience the Worgen and Goblin story lines, mostly the Worgen. :)
#263 Jul 26 2010 at 6:36 PM Rating: Default
Well I'm looking forward to all the new low level quests. And especially the Worgen and Goblin ones. (Goblin ones sounds abit different from the usual. And Worgen well I love the lore about worgens.).
Also to find new "funny places" like bottom of silvermoon(Below bridge to "palace area") and other places.
A thing I'm REALLY looking forward to is the new mages talent. Now we all know mages are just awesome. But will they be more awesome? Also their new abilites. Wall of fog is gonna be awesome. Imagine squaring people in with four mages? XD.
And I'm gonna be lovin' that fire orb spell. Now the most interesting about mages now is that they'll get mana adept (That is what I think will be the most interesting.) because this will force us to maybe use our arcane spells until we reach 50% and then change to maybe frost due to it being cheaper than fire while we gain abit mana?. I'm so hoping to get a key to check that out.

I can't wait to level my characters to 85! I'll also make a goblin alt... or maybe a worgen, who knows? :D
The new zones are going to be awesome :o Can't wait to fly in Azeroth too :0

Oh, and I hope Boomkins and elementals Shammy are still going to burst like they do right now :D

*It's going to be the best wow addon EVER!*

I am looking forward to the approach Blizzard is taking to this expansion. Instead of adding a new continent or new zones that are exclusive to the new 80-85 Blizzard is going back and redesigning the world itself, opening up areas never before seen and revamping existing ones. I look forward to this because of how they are bringing everyone back to Azeroth, a place forgotten after 58.

The moment they announced Worgen at Blizzcon I immediately wanted to roll a worgen. I can't wait to learn about all the new lore. For years I've wondered what happened beyond the Greymane Wall and now we finally get to find out! Also being able to fly around and explore old places with a new look is a huge perk. I was excited for Wrath but I'm ten times more excited for Cata by far!

I am most looking forward to playing a worgan and kicking some serious *** :D And i can't wait to see Azeroth and exploring all the new areas :)
#268 Jul 26 2010 at 6:37 PM Rating: Default
I am looking forward to the new zones within Azeroth as well as the ability to fly throughout and explored those nooks and crannies that have been locked off from us for many years now. Also Worgen for the win.

I am the most excited about the new lore i will find in mt. hyjal, deepholm and other new territories of the new expansion. It will also be amusing to see how blizard has evolved over the last 5 years of storytelling in the EK, Kilomdore.

I'm looking forward to quite a lot of things in Cataclysm, most prominently the new talent trees and checking out the new zones and how all the old ones changed. The new zones, quests and leveling system will be a refreshing change and I'm really hoping leveling up is more streamlined and enjoyable. I think it'll sort of feel like the first time playing the game again, sort of.

I'm also looking forward to the new talent changes, checkin' out how those work. Being that my main classes are a Paladin, Death Knight and Warlock, these are the ones I'm most interested in and the new trees look nice (I actually look forward to trying out the Blood tree for DKs in Cata, as I always preferred it). Not so sure on the Paladin changes, they seem to get changed way too much in -every- expansion but eh, that's what you get for such a complex (imo) class.

Good changes all round. The Guild Perks (and how Guild Management works now) and the new Glyph system looks wicked as well. GIMME MORE GLYPHS PLZ?

I'm really looking forward the revamping of Azeroth. I love leveling alts, so new quests and lore to explore will be a lot of fun. Also I'm looking forward to the new BGs, especially the one that is WSG like :). The thing I'm most looking forward to...HSFK I love sfk shame they pushing that back til after cata is released.

I most look forward to the class specializations. I am very interested in how it will affect my toons. Not to mention the new Archaeology skill, I think that will be a lot of fun. Dreams of a Warcraft version of Indiana Jones fill my head. And last but not least, who does not want to be a Troll Druid. One word... UBER!!

I am most looking forward to a new leveling experience. I have many high level characters that Have been through the old world quests time and time again. I can't wait to see things improved and changed with the Cataclysm. I have a few lowbies that I plan on starting just for the new Expac. I am also really looking forward to flying in Azeroth! :D I miss my 310 mount whenever I go to "old world" :D I wish Cataclysm would come out sooner but a Beta invite would be AWESOME!
Thanks and good luck

I am most excited about the experience of cataclysm. Excited about leading my guild, my family through both the new 80+ content and going back through the lower level content. Experiencing the lore of the new zones, leading expeditions through the new 5 man dungeons, taking on some of Azeroths fiercest enemies, like ragnaros and deathwing. The whole experience cataclysm will bring my family, the endless grinding to get all of our guild perks, the playful race to 85.

Cataclysm will bring my family closer, a bond has been forged by a game that a majority of them thought too confusing to even start, and cataclysm will only strengthen that. This is what I find most exciting to come from cataclysm. The experience.
