Definitly want to discover Worgen. I also want to see how they changed Pallys and Azeroth itself :)

I am excited about the fact the Blizz is de-nerfing Beast Master hunters. I love playing Beastmastery on my hunter but I havn't been able to play it because I was never allowed into any raids because I was Beastmastery so I had to switch to Surv. Flying in Azeroth and doing new quests in the new old zones will also be fun for me because I enjoyed leveling through those zones.

Im looking forward to finally seeing all the vanilla starting areas and other areas leveling up finally remade. I love leveling alts and it gets really tiring having been doing the same quests for the past 4 years!

I'm most definitely excited by the new guild advancement system. I'm already in a pretty awesome guild on my server, and I want to see how well we advance within the system and what perks we get and comparing that to other guilds!

The most interesting thing I'm looking foward to in Cataclysm would be flying in Azeroth. I cant wait to get my World Explorer acheivment and title.

Over the 5 years I have played I have made a ton of alts. I am really excited to level both horde and alliance in the revamped zones, and to also hope to find any bugs that are in the new quest.
The changes for hunters is also very close in interest to me. A hunter was my first character and I do not want focus to be a failure as I am very excited for it. If done right I think it can be amazing for hunters.

I would say I am most looking forward to the lore Cataclysm will bring. How we will be able to face old enemies such as Ragnaros the Firelord (at full power, I might add) and Neferion and enemies we have never faced before such as Cho'Gall and even Deathwing eventually and learn the stories behind them and perhaps learn more about places like The Malestrom.

I'm most excited about rediscovering the World of Warcraft - flight in Azeroth, exploring the changes and the shifting landscapes. The Barrens no longer will be barren. Water will shimmer and shine - or will it?? It will be interesting to see how older computers handle the new water effects and updated graphics.
I do software beta testing for my RL work and participated in the WotLK beta. I LOVE testing software and am eager for a chance to take a spin around the new lands!
I know they're worgen hard on the new WoW - and we're goblin up all the details! I can't wait to be a part of it.

I'm am most excited about all of the new class/talent changes! Hunters with focus, warlock soul shards, HOLY POWAH! It is amazing how dynamic this expansion will be compared to anything before it.

I am really excited for the new storylines in Cataclysm, with the Worgen and Goblins, but also the revamped questing system that will present new (changed) storylines.

P.S How do we know if we won?
P.S.S If we won how do you know our WoW account?

I'm looking most forward to the changes on the old world, new instances and the raids, but most of all, available flying in azeroth, been waiting for that since pre burning crusade

what i am looking forward to most in the new expansion is... absolutely everything.
#339 Jul 26 2010 at 6:56 PM Rating: Decent
I'm mostly exited to explore the new contents and flying mount in azeroth, like, the first thing, is to fly over azeroth and check the new game. fly over the big *** pool in thousand needles and so on, and the 2nd thing im gonna do is...
- A GOBLIN, time is money friend is the words i use irl, sounds cool and is matching.

I'm really excited about the Resto Druid changes. I've never really been a fan of being in tree form 100% of the time. With tree form now being a cool down, I think I'm going to like being a Resto Druid even more.

I'm also really excited about Efflorescence, us Druids can always use another AOE heal :D

The thing I'm most looking most forward to for Cataclysm is the fact that the world is redesigned, so after 6 years of playing wow I can go back and the game will feel almost like brand new so it will keep my interest for another many years to come.

As soon as the expansion hits, I'll be rolling a goblin warlock, and I imagine it's gonna be a lot of fun with the updated zones, the new quests, and not to mention the talent overhauls making low-level a lot more interesting. Also I hope to see the quests and their story tie the zones more together (and preferably long questlines!), much like how it was in Northrend.

I really think the leveling experience is what I'll enjoy the most during this expansion.

Sure, I'll probably want to see the raid content and such at level 85, but raids is the thing I care the least about. In fact, I'm much more excited to see the 5-man dungeons at level 85 and whether Blizzard have decided to add a dungeon set like the ones in vanilla and TBC.

I'm stoked for the horde to have a small character race. Time to roll a goblin rogue and see what its like to be on the other side of invisible death!

I'm really looking forward to all the class changes. New setup with druids, pallys, warlocks and hunters should be a nice refresher to the game. I'm also soo looking forward to the lore. From all the leaks that have surfaced I'm super excited to experience the new stories they have ready for us. Being a hardcore undead I'm loving the direction Sylvannas is going!

Just wanted to start off how awesome it is going to be to dive bomb and gank lots of lowbies. Also how awesome it will be to roll a worgen OMG!!!! Also look forward to exploring all the old content but revamped from what i have seen it all looks REALLY cool. I would love to explore it early and help out with the testing.

While I'm excited for several things, exciting and dynamic story changes, the new zones, the worgen, if I had to pick just one I would say the reshaping and updating of the old world. The ability to fly through zones you have known and loved for years, seeing the dramatic changes, checking in on all those ancient beloved quest giving NPC's and seeing how their lives are now, it all really gives a strong sense of change and the passing of time. An experience such as this and at this scale is rare if not unique among MMO's, and I am extremely excited to take part in it.

I'm really excited to see the new talent tree changes and new resource changes for hunters(provided it is working when Cataclysm comes out :) ) and I am excited to level a new character in the modified zones.

I recently used the Recruit-a-friend tool on a good friend of mine and we recently started leveling together, the first time I had done so since the recent talent tree revamp. Going through the old motions again in the light of such an exciting change makes me wish patch 4.0 would come ASAP so we could take advantage of all the wonderful things it will do to the early levels. It will be exciting to see how questing in the old areas will flow as well, now that they are taking this as a chance to revamp that as well.

Excited to see the Goblin cannon and see its true hidden destructive potential against all alliance toons
#350 Jul 26 2010 at 7:01 PM Rating: Decent
The thing that probably gets me the most excited is the class changes, Paladins and Warlocks to be specific.
The new mechanic for paladins (Holy Power) sounds incredible, I really can't wait until I can get a chance to try it. It looks like it really is that jena se qua the class has been lacking all along.

As for warlocks, I was pretty excited for the changes to existing spells, as well as the new ones. The idea that locks will finally get some cooldowns to blow (Infernal/Doomguard as guardians, Soul Burn, etc) is quite nice. Also, two words: GREEN FIRE

There is soo much I'm looking forward too, the Worgen and Goblin starting area's, the new quests and yes flying in old vanilla wow. I've leveled 5 toons to lvl 80 and working on my 6th this time of the opposite faction to get a break and see new quests, so for me the new quests will be the best part. I can't wait for the new dugeons and raids. As I've heard Bliz is gonna finally make it enjoyable for small guilds with the 10 mans supposed to be dropping the same gear as in 25 mans. I can't wait too see if it's true.
