Im most curious about the new mounts and tamable pets. Yes ofc Im a little huntard, but its much easier to convince my bf to help me farm for a in-game mount/pet then to actually get a RL one.
The new races is going to be awesome since that means it will be new starting areas and new quests Ive never seen before and after lvling "too many" A change will be awesome! <3

What I am most excited for in the Cataclysm expansion is seeing how Azeroth has changed after 5-6 years. I am looking forward to seeing how Thrall's absence and Garrosh's uprising as Warchief of the Horde is going to effect how the factions of the Horde cooperate, and how Deathwing's presence is going to counter effect this. In terms of gameplay, I am excited to see what kind of new raid mechanics Blizzard has in store for Cataclysm. From what I have seen the difficulty level in Cataclysm is much higher than in Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King. And because my main is a warlock. I am also looking forward to seeing the first caster dps legendary since ateish in 40 man Naxx.

I am mostly looking forward to Cataclysm for the advance in lore, especially that involving Sylvanas! Also the gameplay changes are mega and ofcourse the whole of Azeroth getting reshaped is going to be amazing, I can see myself spending a long time just exploring all the new places and reliving old memories in new places

Worgen look awesome, especially their new model which was implemented in the beta last week, and I just hope that if I don't get into the beta myself that the lucky people who did give some good feedback and do their best to make the game as good as we all know World of Warcraft to be!

I'm most excited about the huge changes in Azeroth and because i like to explore places and also interested about how Blizzard is updating old vanilla graphics for more modern sence WoW have had little outdated graphics than other new mmorpg's. As a huge PvP fan Im also looking forward for rated battleground and the return of long missed honor titles. I like to make alts and twinks so i also like to see what new they have done for low levels.

Honestly I'm excited about the whole damn thing. The sundering of Azeroth. The rise of one of the greatest forces in the WoW Universe. And the release of Worgen. This expansion has me pretty excited and looking forward to the future. I'm an avid player and to be able see all of the new content will be awesome. But mainly I want to see what Darn will look like with the Worgen changes added. I'm also ready to see what Zam will be bringing theirselves. Im pretty sure that this whole thing is gonna be epic.

I'm pretty excited about Cataclysm as a whole but what I think I'm MOST excited about are:
-New Quests and Areas
-New Races/Abilities
-NEW MOUNTS!....
but still pretty excited about it all as a whole can't wait!

Well, i'm a hunter so of course i'm most excited about the new Focus change, slinging arrows with mana being my driving force never really made sense to me.

Of course i want to make all my toons Worgen as well, cause they just look freaking awesome.

My response isn't very original as I'm sure many are sure to have the same excitement but, I am very very excited to re-explore Azeroth. I've been playing since vanilla and I'm looking forward to making more memories in the game's new form.

Why am I excited for the Cataclysm expansion?

It's honestly hard to pick even a few thing I am excited about, but I'll take a backstab at it.
For one, me being horde, I am very excited for the addition of Goblins. I've always wanted to make a Gnome cause they are so little, and now i finally can without deserting all my guildies. The revamped Azeroth is going to be amazing. And seeing vanilla places from the air even more so. (I will finally be able to sit on top of the flight master totem in TB.)

Also the new zones and quests. Warcraft has grown a lot, and so have the skills of the programmers. I'm excited for how they will implement phasing into quests and have it really enhance the lore experience.

New armor, new weapons, the inflation of stats that will make my ret pally's dps go into the tens of thousands. I am VERY EXCITED for everything in this expansion

I,m looking forward to the major hunter changes, i think the Focus is gonna help alot of Hunters, in the lower lvl's and at Max LVL. Its gonna help alot if you wanna lvl as Marksmanship, because the mana just gets burned out before you know. Allo marksmanship for Pve is gonna be easyer now, but all specs won't have any mana issue any more:D. But having Focus you can just go on and go on as long time as you wan't to. And with the pet in more control now where u can choose were it must go thats gonne be so EPIC :O

I'm most looking forward to leveling up again through familiar zones like desolace and STV and seeing how they've changed since the Cataclysm.

I've been feeling rather bored playing the game of late, and so far all of news coming from the BETA seems as though I will get myself back into the game.

The whole expansion has a very Vanilla feel about it which I absolutely love. I have several classes currently at 80 but will still revel in the enjoyment of levelling a fresh character, probably a Worgen, through all the new changes to the old zones.

Bursting to try new content.

Thanks!

I'm sure this has been mentioned a lot already, but I am really looking forward to being able to use flying mounts everywhere. I also can't wait to check out underwater areas and see how things work- like eating and drinking when a whole zone is submerged.

I'm looking forward to the changes to Guild UI and how guilds work in the Cataclysm Expansion.
I think having a guild leveling system and something for people to dedicate to will keep guilds much more dedicated to eachother, and knit more tightly. I feel like the additions to guilds will make people think twice before joining a guild, and think about what kind of guild they really would like to stick with, and also think twice before starting guild drama, which there happens to be a lot of where I come from (Echo Isle). I hope to see more guild success throughout Cataclysm as people stick out the tough times and raiding groups stay consistant and learn to work together.
Peace and Love

Honestly, I'm mostly excited about being able to play as a Worgen. I remember when I was first leveling up my main character through vanilla WoW and thought that the worgen npcs look insanely badass and I just figured that they should be playable class. I'm also very excited about playing through all of the old content again, but instead this time it is all revamped and looks purdy. Hell.. To be honest, I'm excited about everything, but those two are the big ones =)

Im excited about the shaman changes and healing changes in general. Mana isn't an issue and makes healing rather easy, in cataclysm im excited that healers will have to think and use their heals in a situational bases. The idea of DPSing the boss when no one needs healing to A) Add dps to the group and B) to gain mana back is a great idea and highly welcomed.

Another aspect of Cataclysm that im excited about is more CC in instances and raids. It's boring AoEing every mob group in every instance. Having to have group synergy makes running an instance a lot more fun and I cant wait.

The thing I am most looking forward to isn't just the new races or class combos, or the changes to Old Azeroth, but the fact that most of the characters of lore that we haven't really seen take on a bigger role are finally getting their own time. Vol'jin for one intrigues me with his questions of the new Warchief, Sylvanas worries me as I'm conflicted whether her judgement is in the right place but on the other hand I can see her plight is a valid one. I'm eager to see how the events of Cataclysm play out, I'm just hoping my favorite lore figures pull through!

Oh, and Goblin are totally awesome. Go Goblin!

I look forward to the new tanking mechanics and rolling some new goblins characters. The new world itself is going to be amazing to explore.
