I found it interesting they took the servers down early today; could it finally be time for 1.7?

Yeah. New patch 1.7 is today. I tried to download it and it is OMFGWTHMFJC ===== SLOW!!!

Im coming from FFXI and I have to say this is much more convenient, unless you work and your day off is Tuesday >.> In FFXI we'd get tons of updates with 1-2 day notices, emergency updates and all that. One month we had so many updates it was ridiculous. It being on Tuesday, I just be in school all day (in normal cases) and come home at 3est ;P

L8er edit :So it's 18:00 here (forgot to mention that I live in Romania .Europe)and the servers are finally up .BUT :I can't heartstone ,mount ,my whole interface is pretty useless and I get disconnected all the time .And oh yes ,the Repair program on the official site is not working .Gotta love Blizzard ....

Sticky means its permanantly at the top of the page. Like this thread, its something everyone new to the site needs to look at, and is "stuck" to the top of the forum page.

Ok now that tha is out of my system... its 6:30 am PST at 5am I check what was posted at the log in screne and it said 6 hours from 5am PST. So if my math is correct it should be on at 11am PST but who knows. Also on Doloran the had a 10 min reset yesterday to fix the missing holloween theme cuz they took it down a day early! My guess is they all partied too hard like me and assumed that was halloween! Ne way if this wasn't annoying give me a star or 2 I could use it.

Now just let me appologize for being a n00b and we will all be over it...sorry...done. now you must deal with me.

Server maintenance is extended from 11 a.m. PST to 1 p.m. PST... gag.

Can I download the new patch (1.7) without being an Allakhazam member? If so, can someone provide a link? :) Thanks.

they should start maintance 2 hours early at this rate so wen clay when we are supposed to

We'll its 1:45 PST and it's a long wait to log in so I came over here.
My theory on the lag on restart this time was that the WOW staff partied too hard this weekend like I did and are still recovering.
So I can't blame them for a little lag...I'm a lagger!

Is now 6:10pm eastern and is still down on my realm.
After waiting 6 hours yesterday this is ridiculous.
And I mentioned to people yesterday,I bet Tuesday there will be problems.
And if u got on the wow site before it quit working you'll see they have more problems than log ins.
Guess Blizzard really doesn't care about its customers.
maintenence days now mean no play all day and major problems.
